Our commitment to you
1. We will respect the player’s personal decisions, and allow them to make their own decisions about what exercise they can carry out. However, we ask them not to exercise beyond what they consider to be their own abilities.
2. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure that our equipment and facilities we use are in a safe condition for the players to use and enjoy.
3. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that our coaches are qualified to the fitness industry standards as set out by CIMSPA.
4. If the player tell us that they have a disability which puts them at a substantial disadvantage in accessing our equipment and/or facilities, we will consider what adjustments, if any, are reasonable for us to make.
Your commitment to us
1. The player should not exercise beyond their own abilities. If you know or are concerned that the player has a medical condition which might interfere with them exercising safely, before they use our equipment and facilities they should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.
2. The player should make themselves aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices. Exercise carries its own risks. They should not carry out any activities which they have been told are not suitable for them.
3. The player should let us know immediately if they feel unwell or ill when using our equipment or facilities. Our coaches are not qualified doctors, but there will be a person available who has had first-aid training.
4. If the player has a disability, they must follow any reasonable instructions to allow them to exercise safely.
