We hold a NO REFUND policy for all our services. (this includes our App subscription service)
You may transfer your booking up to 4 hours prior to session start time.
If you cancel within 4 hours prior to session start time, there is no compensation for the session paid.
If you receive a cancellation by our company within 2 hours prior to your booked session, you will be given a free session pass along with the session that we have cancelled.
All Attendees/Players must be wearing adequate training kit. They must have with them both trainers AND football boots or astro turf football boots for every session, as sessions may include both physical as well as technical training.
Any behavior that includes physical, mental or psychological abuse or harassment will not be tolerated.
Coaches have the right to refuse entry to any of the Attendees/Players at their own discretion. Coaches have the right to refuse service to any of the Attendees/Players at their own discretion.
